You can also use a garden office as a guesthouse, game room, or hobby room. The Mini can be used all year round with a steel frame, pent roof, high RC values, HR+++ glass, and the highest quality building materials such as thermally treated wood, which makes the Mini maintenance-free.

If you want to use a Drophouse as an office, part of the WOZ value and business costs are deductible. From a fiscal perspective, it can therefore be attractive to realize a garden office. A garden office must have its own entrance and its own sanitary facilities and 70% of the business costs must be incurred in the workspace (NL-only)..
NO PERMIT NEEDED
As soon as your garden office has a gutter height of less than 3.0 m, you can install a permit-free structure. This saves on (construction) fees, soil research, welfare and other hassle. Some local regulations may apply, but the Drophouse team can tell you more about this. We ensure that you can build without a permit (in 99% of cases).

DELIVERY TIME
Together we will determine whether the standard design is suitable for your garden. If an adjustment is required or if you would like to submit your own design, we can in all cases deliver your own garden office within 3 months.
INSTALLATION
Depending on the surface, we determine the foundation required. We work with screw foundations that are installed in a few hours without causing any nuisance or vibrations to the environment. We start in the morning and ensure that you can work in your new garden office the same day. So you will not be bothered by weeks of construction nuisance on location.
