The Malmo is 9.6 meters long and 3.6 meters wide (35 m²) and is suitable for living all year round. The Malmo consists of one fully finished module with a gable roof. The house is also constructed from a steel frame, making it possible to pick it up from 4 roof points and easy to re-install over time. The Malmö also has very high insulation/RC values (roof and walls: Rc=6.6)
The exterior is finished with thermally treated wood and steel for a maintenance-free life.
Additional features include a fully fitted bathroom, underfloor heating, wood paneling and a SPC floor. A separate bedroom and a separate loft for storage or extra sleeping accommodations.
The price does not include a kitchen. Drophouse can install this for you (at an additional cost) or you can choose to install a kitchen yourself, entirely according to your wishes.
