The Malmö XL is the largest single-floor house of its kind with no less than 60m2 of floor space. The Malmö XL offers two very spacious bedrooms with a wide corridor, extra storage space, a built-in wardrobe (mudroom), a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Malmö XL consists of 1 fully finished module of 15.7m long (!) and is equipped with a steel frame, gable roof, high RC values, HR+++ glass and the highest quality building materials such as thermally treated wood for a maintenance-free life.

With the MalmöXL you have a 'tiny house' where you can easily organize a dinner for family or friends. Because it is a single-floor house the MalmöXL can function as a perfect (home-based)care house as well.
